Grand Tour Biathlon: The second stage of the biathlon Cup among children has concluded
On the first day of the competition, boys born in 2009-2011 competed in a 4.5 km sprint race. Nikita Dudchenko from Ridder emerged as the leader, followed by Ruslan Vetrigov from Akmola region in second place, and Egor Nemtsev from East Kazakhstan region in third place.
Among boys born in 2011-2013, Aryn Tazhibayev from West Kazakhstan region finished first, followed by Vyacheslav Dymovskikh from Pavlodar and Fedor Karpachev from East Kazakhstan region in third place. Girls born in 2009-2011 ran the 4.5 km sprint race. Zhanerke Tudakhunova claimed the first place, followed by Varvara Nebogatova in second place, and Ulyana Kovanova in third place. Among girls born in 2011-2013, Sofia Zhigulina emerged as the winner, followed by Ksenia Krashkevich, and Victoria Romantsova.
On the second day of the competition, young biathletes competed in a 4.8 km individual race with two shooting ranges. Among girls born in 2009-2010, Varvara Nebogatova from East Kazakhstan region secured victory, followed by Zhanerke Tudakhunova from Aksai and Daria Plesheshnikova from North Kazakhstan region. Among girls born in 2011-2013, Ksenia Krashkevich from Pavlodar emerged as the winner, followed by Evelina Timofeeva, and Regina Kotvitskaya from North Kazakhstan region.
Among boys born in 2009-2010, Nikita Dudchenko from East Kazakhstan region, who was the winner on the first day, achieved the best result, followed by Anuar Dusmagambetov from Pavlodar region in second place, and Egor Nemtsev from East Kazakhstan region in third place. At the same distance, among younger boys born in 2011-2013, Aryn Tazhibayev from West Kazakhstan region claimed the first place for the second consecutive day. Fedor Karpachev from East Kazakhstan region took second place, and Vyacheslav Dymovskikh from Pavlodar region closed the top three.
The final day of the competition featured a relay of friendship. The next stage of the Cup will take place in the city of Pavlodar.
