Grand Tour Biathlon: Individual Race Results
In the boys' category for those born in 2009-2010, Evgeny Poltoranin from East Kazakhstan finished first in the 6 km race. He hit all his targets and completed the race in 16 minutes and 53 seconds. Nikita Dudchenko came in second with one missed shot, finishing in 17 minutes and 15 seconds, while Egor Nemtsev took third place with a time of 17 minutes and 27 seconds.
For boys born between 2011 and 2013, Aryn Tazhibayev from West Kazakhstan won the 4.5 km race, hitting all his targets and finishing in 13 minutes and 39 seconds. Denis Chirvin placed second with one miss in 14 minutes and 18 seconds, and Ilya Kondaurov secured third without any misses in 14 minutes and 32 seconds.
In the girls' category for those born in 2009-2010, Varvara Nebogatova from East Kazakhstan led the group with one miss, finishing in 19 minutes and 05 seconds. Angelina Afanasyeva followed in second place with a time of 19 minutes and 40 seconds, and Albina Khafizova took third in 20 minutes and 10 seconds.
The winning girls in the 2011-2013 age group showed excellent shooting skills, hitting all their targets. Sofia Zhigulina from Akmola claimed victory in 14 minutes and 19 seconds, with Evelina Timofeeva finishing second in 14 minutes and 39 seconds, and Leyla Mukatova coming in third at 14 minutes and 57 seconds.
Tomorrow, the athletes will take a rest day.
