A Celebration of Sport and Family: How Kazakhstan Marked International Biathlon Day
International Biathlon Day in Kazakhstan was a big success. Family races took place in 6 regions and turned into a real sports holiday.
In total, 60 family teams competed and more than 550 fans came to watch and support them. There was a great atmosphere everywhere, especially during the 2-day event in Pavlodar and the races at the biathlon base in Shchuchinsk. The main races in Astana were also very exciting. All participants received medals, certificates and nice stickerpacks.
