Men's Biathlon Team Wins Silver at the Winter Asian Games
The men's biathlon relay race has just finished in Harbin and our Kazakhstan national team won the silver medal! Aleksandr Mukhin, Asset Dyussenov, Kirill Bauer, and Vladislav Kireyev represented our country in this exciting race.

On the first leg, Aleksandr Mukhin had to ski a penalty loop and passed the relay in 5th place. Next, Asset Dyussenov showed great fighting spirit. He skied fast, shot well and passed the relay to Kirill Bauer in 1st place. Kirill kept our team in the top three. On the final leg, Vladislav Kireyev made a strong push, secured 2nd place, and brought home the silver medal for Kazakhstan. Japan won the gold medal and China took the bronze.
Following the results of the Winter Asian Games, our Kazakhstani biathletes have won one gold, two silvers, and one bronze medal in total. Now, our team is flying to Switzerland to compete in the World Championships.
