Kurgambayev Aitalap Kalabaevich

The First Vice President of the Kazakhstan Biathlon Union — Aitalap Kurgambayev.

Aitalap Kalabaevich is a leader who truly understands sports from both the inside and out. He started his career as a university instructor and went on to manage major sports organizations. He served as the General Director of the legendary "Medeu" ice palace and headed the Sports Department of Astana city. He also advanced his expertise in sports management at the Russian International Olympic University through the prestigious "Bolashak" program.
