Nikolay Nikolaevich is one of the most experienced and respected experts in Kazakhstan biathlon. As the Senior Coach of the Pavlodar region, he plays a key role in developing regional sports and training young talents, passing on his lifelong knowledge to new generations.

As an International Referee, Nikolay Vydrin leads the Referee Board of the Union. His deep understanding of the rules and his high authority ensure that all national competitions are organized at the highest level, promoting fair play and professional standards.
