Since 2004 – International Biathlon Judge. He took part in international biathlon competitions (Asian Games 2011 - Chief biathlon referee, referee - World Cup stage, Summer World Championship, Asian Championship, Republican biathlon competitions).

From 2009 - 2011 - Coach of the national team of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2012 - 2014 - Head coach of the women's biathlon team.

2014 - Coach of the women's biathlon team at the Olympic Games in Sochi 2014.

Since 2015 - Honorary Member of the Board of Judges of the Biathlon Union of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 2015 - Head of the Regional Biathlon Federation.

Since 2018 - Coach of the national biathlon team of the Republic of Kazakhstan
