Sports Director of the Federation and State Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Adil' Toleubayev

Adil' Toleubaev studied at the Siberian State University of Physical Education and Sports in Omsk. He has great experience in sports management. From 2022 to 2025, he worked as the State Coach of Kazakhstan for Orienteering. Since 2025, he has two important jobs: he is the Sports Director of the Federation and the State Coach of Kazakhstan for Biathlon.

In his work, Adil' uses his good experience, high energy and creative ideas. His main goal is always to support the athletes. He is very active and always ready to help with any problems. He works hard to create the best conditions for their success.
