The Vice President of the Kazakhstan Biathlon Union — Igor Vladimirovich Ilyin.

Igor Vladimirovich leads one of the most important sectors of the federation — the development of kids' biathlon in Kazakhstan. He also works as the Senior Coach of the North Kazakhstan region.

His main mission is to support youth sports in the regions, discover young talent and provide them with real opportunities to succeed.
