Venue

The National Skiing Center is built on Mount Kamenukha and is located at an altitude of 425 meters above sea level. It houses the Olympic Training Centre for Winter Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The National Ski Center is equipped with:

• - a sports complex, including several sports halls, a swimming pool and a sauna;
• - a ski and biathlon stadium with 16 FIS-certified tracks, a shooting range;
• - spectator stands, accommodating up to 3000 people;
• - command rooms, judging pavilion, press-center;
• - complex of ski jumps;
• - judges' tower, coaching stands, first-aid post, doping control;
• - an amphitheater with a capacity of up to 12,000 spectators;
• - hotel;
• - restaurant;
• - medico-rehabilitation center.
